Responsible for the development of project & structured finance for projects in North America, Europe (EU, Central and Eastern Europe) generating $10 billion in asset backed financing with an at risk rate of 15%. Assisted clients with acquisitions mergers, expansion and revenue growth through project & collateralized finance and aggressive market penetration strategies and implementation of innovation (technical and management).

Banque Du Rhone, Geneva, Switzerland, 05.1988 - 03.1994

Vice-President EAT Group - affiliated with the Banque

Managed the development, construction and marketing of seven commercial / industrial assets located in Portugal. The reorganization of the EAT Group saved the company and the Bank from incurring losses in excess of $100 million. The turnaround strategies generated $205 million in operating profits. Head of Construction Finance for the Banque Reorganized and managed a $300 million construction finance portfolio that grew to $500 million over a three-year period. Developed a Project Management and Construction monitoring and cost control system (500,000 components) by function. Directed financial and engineering staff, property selections for finance, finance agreement negotiations. Also developed and implemented checks and balance procedures for monitoring draws against construction progress.
